Mini jump Kits

We realise that some of our fans are on a pocket-money budget and in particular we have had feedback from a few Grandpa’s who have a little time on their hands and want to make some jumps for their grandchildren.

We have come up with Mini-jumps “Kits” for just these customers. They come in the most basic form to minimise our factories labour content and therefore keep the price low. In addition they are made from MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) albeit formaldehyde free for obvious reasons! Standard Mini-jumps are made from a special self coloured composite wood that is made in Europe for childrens playground furniture and it is fabulous but very expensive, so using MDF helps to keep the price of the kits down.

Because of this, these jumps need to be sealed and painted thoroughly to ensure longevity but this requires time rather than skill and full instructions are included in the kit. We should also point out our prototypes are made from this materials whilst we are developing a design and the original mini-jumps are still in use 3 years later!

Each kit includes:
2 Mini-jumps Kits bases,
2 Mini-jumps Kits uprights,
2 plain poles and a set of vinyls to apply to make the stripes (supplied in random colours) and an instruction sheet.

Tools required:
Sandpaper block Water resistant adhesive (such as PVA) MDF sealer/primer Gloss paint of a preferred colour.

Where appropriate above should be child friendly and non-toxic!
