Mini jump GamesMini jumps - Notching
The jumps start with the crossbars on the lowest notch in the upright. The course is run and anyone who kocks off a bar is out and has to sit ou the rest of the game. Once everyone has done or attemted to do a round, the bars are moved up one notch and those remaining in the competion each attempt another round. This continues until only two people are left. The winner is the last person who has completed a clear round. I f no-one makes a clear round the winner is the person who knocks down the least number of crossbars in the final round.
Mini jumps - Follow the Leader![]() Each of the competitors lines up one behind the other and the group proceeds to jump each of the mini-jumps on the course one imediately behind the other. If anyone knocks a crossbar down they are out and they must put the bar back and wait until the next round. Mini jumps - Race against time![]() For this competition you will need a timing device such as a clock or stopwatch. Each of the competitors completes a round against the clock with the other competitors seeing how long it takes with the aid of a stopwatch. Each jump knocked down incurs a 5 second penalty so if someone takes 20 seconds to complete the round but knocks down one jump their total time is 20+5=25 seconds. Each competitor has three rounds to do and their best time is used to see who wins. The shortest time wins overall. Ths is run the same way as “notching except that the competitor cartwheels over each jump rather than leaping it. |
